Danny has had a fantastic professional career, spanning over 13 years and 10 professional league clubs. His journey includes winning the FA Youth Cup with Ipswich Town, England youth games up to and including U20 level, and over 200 games at Championship level.

An explosive winger with an eye for goal, he was linked with top Premier League clubs and earned the name ‘canary killer’ after scoring the winning goal in 3 out of 5 East Anglian Derby’s he featured in. Danny joined the CSM family in November 2020 bringing his vast knowledge, experience and contacts to the team.

Rajan joined CSM in 2016, having spent over a decade managing Online and Offline Marketing for a variety of brands..

Having worked with both clubs and footballers, Rajan has extensive experience in building online brand presence and growing fan bases through digital and social media strategies. He now brings this wealth of experience to CSM to help our athletes build their public profile and reputation and to manage their social media presence.

Patrick’s professional playing career began at Barcelona and spanned over 20 years which saw him play all over the world. He was a striker for Cameroon, playing 29 senior international games. During this time he won a gold medal in the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney and played in the 2002 FIFA world cup.

Since his retirement from playing, Patrick has remained active in football. He has strong links with both players and clubs in Africa and Europe.

Matthew has an extensive background in professional football, with positions including Head of Player Recruitment, Head of U21 Development, General manager and CEO. His 15 plus years experience also includes several seasons spent as an FA-registered football agent and even working for gaming giant EA Sports in data collection and analytics for the FIFA franchise.

He has unparalleled 360 experience in the game.

Adeyemi is an FA qualified coach. He has a vast experience and track record of developing young talent in the London and Greater London areas, and providing opportunities for youth from deprived backgrounds to play professionally worldwide.

He is also a professional film maker with an MA in Directing and is the head of the media department at CSM. Adeyemi was a professional scout for Chelsea FC before joining the team at Collective Sports Management.

Arron has an extensive track record in amateur sports where he competed as an oarsman at international level. Since retiring from competitive sport, he has built a career as a financial technical analyst, derivatives and commodity trader.

Arron is FSA regulated and is a Director and shareholder of an independent absolute return asset management company in London. He has also contributed to the financial media as well as appearing as a guest expert on CNBC worldwide television.

Hootan is the founder of Collective Sports and a former plastic surgeon with a long standing passion for football. Through his links in business, media and hospitality, he has generated an extensive network of football contacts globally. As a licensed Intermediary since 2011, Hootan has been involved in several high profile transfers as well as football club takeovers.

Away from football, Hootan has poured his energy into a number of charitable endeavours. In 2017 he founded The Care Pack charity which distributes essential items to the homeless. More recently he raised £70,000 to buy personal protective equipment for NHS workers on the frontline of the Coronavirus pandemic.
